For sale: 2016 John Deere 1210E forwarder with 22,102 operating hours. The machine is in very good technical condition. Extensive repairs and replacements of key components have been carried out. VAT invoices for the work performed are available for inspection and verification. The forwarder is regularly serviced and currently in active use. Oils and filters have been changed every 500 hours using genuine parts. The machine requires no major financial investment and is ready for immediate operation. KEY REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS PERFORMED Crane: * new VAHVA C30 E4 grapple – under warranty, * new grapple link with bushings, * new rotator, * front boom arm replaced in 2022 with a brand-new unit from the 1510G model, * new crane bushings and pins, * new chains and tensioners, * new bushing and bearing on the crane pillar. Drivetrain: * entire rear axle replaced, including brakes, * new articulation joint bushings and pins, * new steering cylinder pins, * driveshaft support and universal joint replaced. Cab and electronics: * cab swing brake replaced, * new frame brake seals, * new cab lift cylinder, * new cab lift pump, * new cab lowering release cable, * new main wiring harness, * new joysticks, * new sensors for crane steering, cab rotation, and cab angles, * new windshield, * new wiper blades. Engine and ancillaries: * EGR cooler replaced, * injector no. 1 replaced, * cooling system hoses replaced, * Webasto system serviced.
