EuroForest DRL5000 HID je zmogljiv drobilec za profesionalno rabo v sadovnjakih, vinogradih in gozdnatih območjih, kjer sta ključni velika zmogljivost in stabilno delovanje. Opremljen je z avtomatskim hidravličnim podajanjem, ki deluje preko lastne hidravlične enote, kar zagotavlja enakomeren pretok materiala in zanesljivo delovanje tudi pri zahtevnejšem lesu. Hitrost podajanja upravljate preko krmiljenja STOP – NAZAJ – NAPREJ – STOP, kar olajša delo pri različnih debelinah in vlažnosti lesa.
Široka vstopna odprtina 34 × 31 cm omogoča enostavno podajanje razvejanega materiala, drobilec pa učinkovito obdeluje veje in manjša debla do premera Ø 23 cm. Drobilni disk z 4 + 1 noži (kontra nož) poskrbi za čist rez in enakomerno strukturo sekancev, velikost pa lahko prilagajate z nastavitvijo kontra noža — od grobe do fine granulacije.
Izmet sekancev je popolnoma prilagodljiv. Vrtljiva izmetna cev z nastavljivim naklonom in smerjo omogoča natančno usmerjanje materiala v prikolico ali neposredno na kup, lijak pa se za transport samodejno zloži, kar olajša premike med delovišči.
Stroj je zasnovan za traktorski pogon preko kardana (kardanska gred serijsko priložena) in je primeren za traktorje moči 65 – 110 KM. Robustna konstrukcija s težo 780 kg zagotavlja izjemno stabilnost in mirno delovanje tudi pri večjih obremenitvah. Lastna hidravlična enota vsebuje 25 l hidravličnega olja, kar omogoča dolgotrajno in zanesljivo delo brez prekinitev.
DRL5000 HID je odlična izbira za vse, ki želijo odvečen les hitro in učinkovito predelati v kakovostno biomaso za kurivo, kompost ali zastirko.
